The Registry at Kimball Farms is one of east Alpharetta's new cluster communities. The area is most flat and the homes here have plenty of "gingerbread" touches on the outside. It is the inside, however, that most people find to their liking. Major appointments and upgraded finishes seem to reek everywhere! These home are mostly four bedroom with two car, front load garages. Both Basements and slab homes are available here. Most of initial sales made in this area were "contract to build" homes. Only a few "spec" homes were ever built. This speaks well for the high interest in the community and its location. All three schools that service the area are truly top notch!
